Your Admission Ticket |
After your registration
has been processed and you have been assigned to a specific
test center, you will be sent an admission
ticket. Your admission to the test center will be delayed if
you do not have your admission ticket.
Your admission ticket lists the personal information you
provided when registering and testing information,
including your THEA examinee number,
test center, test center location, test date, reporting
time, and type of high school, as well as the colleges
and institutions that will receive your test scores.
Any information that you have not provided on your
registration form (e.g., type of high school from
which you graduated or will graduate) will be missing
from your admission ticket.
Check the information on your admission ticket when
you receive it. Notify Evaluation Systems immediately if any testing
information is inaccurate.
If you need to correct or update any personal
information (e.g., your mailing address), you may
complete a Registration Information Correction Form
at the test center on the day of the test administration.
The information you provide on the correction form or
on your answer document will become part of your
registration record and will replace any information you
previously provided to Evaluation Systems.
Please be advised that once you have registered
for the test, you should attend the test administration
regardless of whether or not you receive an admission
ticket. If you are absent from the test administration, you
will not receive a refund.

When to Contact Evaluation Systems About Your Registration Status |
It is your responsibility
to contact Evaluation Systems to verify your registration status
if any of the following applies to you:
- You submitted your registration early and have
not received confirmation. Call Evaluation Systems at
least one week before the regular registration
deadline to check on your registration
status. This will still allow time for you to
register without being charged a late fee.
- You have not received your official admission
ticket by at least two weeks before the
test date.
- You have lost your admission ticket.
- You registered on the Internet and have not
received an e-mail registration confirmation within
three business days after your Internet registration.
Call (866) 565-4879 or (413) 256-2890 before the regular, late,
or emergency registration deadline, as applicable,
to avoid additional registration fees. See “Test
Dates” for the registration deadlines. Please
note that information about your registration will
be released only to you.
