Four-function (+, –, ×, ÷), nonprogrammable calculator (with square root [√ ] and percent [%] keys); calculators will not be supplied at the test center. See “The Test Session” for more information. |

Identification Policy
|
Acceptable forms of photographic identification include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid passport
- Student identification card
- Military identification card
- Current alien registration card
- Department of Public Safety identification
card, available to all U.S. citizens in
Texas
(Please note that Department of Public Safety
identification cards take about six weeks
to process. Contact your local department
for information about how to obtain one.)
Acceptable forms of nonphotographic identification include, but are not limited to, the following: pay stub, insurance card, social security card, valid credit card, library card, or employment identification card.
All forms of identification must be originals. Photocopies will not be accepted. If you do not have photographic identification, you may not be admitted to the test center.
If you are refused admission because you do not provide proper identification, you will be considered absent and will receive no credit or refund of any kind.
If you do not have any of the listed forms of
identification, please contact Evaluation Systems prior to
your test date.
