OBTAINING YOUR TEST SCORES

SCORE REPORT REPRINTS

Additional Institution Score Reports

If, after score reports have been produced, you wish to have your score report sent to additional colleges or universities, you may request additional institution score reports beginning four weeks after the test date. To submit your request, complete the Request Form for Additional Report to an Institution and send it to NES along with the correct fee. The Request Form for Additional Report to an Institution is found in the printed registration bulletin and can also be downloaded and printed as a PDF document from the THEA Web site at www.thea.nesinc.com by selecting “Print Bulletin and Forms (PDF).”

Score reports will be sent through the electronic THEA Test Score Distribution System to the institution(s) you indicate and will list scores for every THEA (and/or TASP) Test you have taken up to that date.

Two types of delivery are available. The delivery schedule refers to the processing time required at NES.
  • Standard delivery. Your request will be processed within one week and sent through the electronic THEA Test Score Distribution System if it has been at least four weeks since your test date. You may request up to three additional institutions per form. The cost for standard delivery is $12 per institution and must be paid by money order or cashier’s check only. No personal checks are accepted.

  • Emergency delivery. Your request will be processed within two business days and sent through the electronic THEA Test Score Distribution System if it has been at least four weeks since your test date. You may request up to three additional institutions per form. The cost for emergency delivery is $25 per institution and must be paid by money order or cashier’s check only. No personal checks are accepted.

Examinee Score Report Reprint

If, after score reports have been produced, you would like to send your official score report to an address different from the one you originally requested, or you need an extra copy of your score report, you may request additional copies of your examinee score report beginning four weeks after the test date. This service is available for up to five years after the test date for which the score report reprint is being requested.

To submit your request, complete the Examinee Score Report Reprint Request Form and send it to NES with the correct fee. The Examinee Score Report Reprint Request Form is found in the printed registration bulletin and can also be downloaded and printed as a PDF document from the THEA Web site at www.thea.nesinc.com by selecting “Print Bulletin and Forms (PDF).”

You should be aware that institutions will not accept examinee score reports as proof of your test scores. If you need to submit your scores to an institution that you did not specify during registration, you should request an additional institution score report as described in "Additional Institution Score Reports" above.
