When you register for the THEA Quick Test, you will be asked to answer the following background questions. Providing accurate and complete background information about yourself is important. The information that you provide will be kept confidential.

Background Questions and Responses

1. High School Diploma, GED, or Other High School Completion Equivalent

Indicate whether you have graduated or will graduate from high school (HS) or have received or will receive a General Equivalency Diploma (GED). If you have received or will receive some other form of high school completion equivalent, select "Other."

If you have not received or will not receive any form of high school diploma or equivalent, select "None."

2. Type of High School from Which You Graduated or Will Graduate

Indicate which type of high school you graduated or will graduate from.

If you selected "GED," "Other," or "None" in question 1, leave this question blank.

3. Semester and Year of High School Graduation, GED, or Other High School Completion Equivalent

Indicate the semester of the year you graduated from high school or received a GED or other form of high school completion equivalent. Then, enter the year you graduated from high school or received a GED or other form of high school completion equivalent. If you have not yet graduated from high school or received an equivalent diploma, use the semester and year you will graduate from high school or receive a GED or other form of high school completion equivalent.

If you selected "None" in question 1, leave this question blank.
